  Not so much the facilities fault but FedEx, while they advertise the option for alternate site pick-up, can't do it. They can't send it to the Traverse City FedEx instead of the Cadillac FedEx even with 3 days notice. Wouldn't be an issue if Cadillac had Saturday hours like Traverse City.
