  Wexford County really needs to get judges that are willing to uphold their oaths and the Constitution. If they cannot do their sworn duty then they need to retire like Tacoma did when you cannot distinguish violating somones rights to protecting them!
  Had court on 2-9-18 before the "Honorable" Judge William L. Fagerman over a family civil matter. Mr Fagerman in court actually stated " Just cause you get frustrated does not give you the right to post on facebook". I thought that was my right for freedom of speech , my constitutional right. Evidentually Fagerman don't abide by the Constitution in his court room. But yet he found me in contempt for posting slightly negative comments on facebook and sentenced me to county jail. So how is this constitutional and lawful when a judge cannot uphold a person civil right in his own court room. Then Judge Fagerman even had the audasity to rule that I also pay for the other attorneys fees.. Wexford court fails to uphold a persons civil rights and refuses to uphold a persons constitutional rights in their court rooms and they have no problems violating your right either... Maybe it these judges were held accountable for their corrupt actions and were forced to actually do their jobs that they swore to do instead of just sit there for their paycheck and not uphold peoples rights.. Maybe then people would have a little faith in our judicial system. Don't believe me about all the corruption check out on the web for there are tons of groups trying to expose these corrupt court and judges everywhere not just here in Wexford County....
