  These People Really Suck! I called four times to get a repair on our sliding glass door, and each time they say "We'll have to check our schedule and we'll call you back to schedule something." Two weeks later, I get the same answer again and again. My advice is find someone who gives a damn about customer service and does what they say they will do. I would now rather pay someone more money to come out and fix it than to ever use them. We have some windows I was going to have them repair while they were here, so it would have been worthwhile - obviously they are not interested in new business.
